I have been purchasing and selling homes for 15 years, and no realtor has even come close to the level of quality and commitment he provides. Long after the transaction is complete, Thomas is available to assist you with referrals or challenges you may face with your home. I was having a difficult time with my home warranty program and I mentioned it to Thomas. He immediately called them and had a customer service rep contact me. Within 24 hours I weas offered a $100 credit for a repair they had previously denied, and gladly assisted me with a second claim that they were unsuccessful in helping me with previously.
